I am still missing two cabinets from my order. The shipping company has not received the cabinets from Home Depot. Home Depot won’t tell me where the cabinets are or a tracking number or when I can more or less expect them. I have been calling 8 times and everyone has a different story to tell me. They were to have been delivered May 23rd. We ordered all in stock cabinets. We did not receive the entire order on May 23rd. I was told the rest would be delivered on the next day May 24th.
We ordered a patio set at the beginning of May and the shipping was delayed multiple times. I just tracked the shipping this morning and it says the set was delivered a week ago (5/20). It most definitely was not, because my husband and I were both home. I’m not sure it even went thru, but as I was looking it was shipping to the wrong store. I need it shipped to Issaquah WA Home Depot store. This is the second order that they couldn't deliver to the right place! The first time they dropped the order in Clearwater, Florida, on October 16th and the shipping label clearly said Marshall, Missouri.
The out for delivery status from Chantilly VA and the delivered to Sykesville MD is the same exact date and time. Nov 2 I ordered, Nov 12 is was scheduled for delivery, I was admitted to the hospital that day and could not be there. Tracked my package said it was out for delivery and rescheduled for Nov 14. I have cameras, no one came that day at all. When they did come the initial day on the Nov 12 he knocked on my door and then turned around and left. Someone was there to receive the package but when they got to the door they were already gone.
Has anyone whose item was lost ever get a resolution? We are paying for an item that hasn't shown up, and was shipped through NSD. I see all these horror stories that sound exactly like our issue and none of them have any ultimate resolution.
